I start with a free 15 minute consultation where I help you identify your intentions and evaluate your unique situation with my sleep questionnaire.
Next I create a customized plan that includes 3 on on one sessions in person or online and a number of supplemental audio, video, and visual materials.
You will come away from each session with an action plan for using new tools and making lifestyle changes. Strategies for handling resistance are included and are a core factor in your success.
The 3 sessions generally take the following course:
Session 1: We do a discovery process to locate your intention for better sleep, anchor with that intention in your body, and establish that anchor as a resource. You will learn a 30 minute self care practice that transitions your body from daytime awakeness and activity to letting go into sleep.
Session 2: We will evaluate your bedroom, and identify improvements to set up an ideal Sleep Sanctuary, and addresses elements in your sleep environment that can support your intention to get better sleep.
Session 3: We will evaluate and identify areas where you could benefit from aligning with natural forces and hormonal rhythms that govern physiology. You will learn how to “Follow the Sun and Dream with the Moon”, and increase your efficiency by capitalizing on the mental clarity that comes with regular sufficient rest. You will come away with an ideal time plan for going about your day that will support you to be ready to fall asleep at the ideal time for you. I will show you the intersection between current sleep science, Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine and Wholistic Health Practices regarding sleep as they apply to your current life circumstances.
Sessions will be customized to include work on adrenal burnout, hot flashes, incessant thoughts, and other special concerns.
Sessions are scheduled a week apart, and one support contact between each session is included. Sessions are recorded and recordings are included in the package price.
The Basic 3 Session Sleep Coaching Package is offered at a sliding scale of $495-$595

Commitment to your action plan is crucial to your success. The Joyful Sleep Solutions are simple, but require diligent efforts to overcome the forces of habit, hormones, and cultural values that minimize the importance of sleep and self care. You will need to call forth your inner Warrioress and Advocate, place your trust in your Blueprint for Health, and know that efficiency and ease will come when you are rested, healed and restored.
